Girls Golf Club New for 2010
Hey Girls! Ever wondered what it would be like to meet once a week with other girls who like golf and who participate in The First Tee?  Here's your chance.  Beginning May 12th at Heart of America we will have the first session of our new Girls Golf Club.  Click below for the details!  Don't miss out on the fun!

National Life Skills and Leadership Academy
It's time again for our Birdie Certified participants, age 13 and older with at least one year of High School remaining to apply for The First Tee National Life Skills and Leadership Academy. This all expenses paid Academy is an in-depth week of Life Skills, Leadership Development and Golf. This year's Academy is being held July 13-20 at Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas and the incredible Colbert Hills Golf Course.  Applications must be completed and returned to the Chapter Office no later than Friday, April 30th.
Al Hoffman College Scholarships
High School Seniors here's your chance to help with the cost of college!  Read and complete the application to learn more about how to become an Al Hoffman Scholar from The First Tee of Greater Kansas City.  Applications are due April 15, 2010.

New Programming Affiliate
Welcome to our newest partner in youth development, Family Golf Park of Blue Springs.  Tommy Gross, PGA Professional and our newest Site Leader will guide The First Tee Life Skills Experience at Family Golf Park.  The FGP schedule is accessible by clicking on 2010 Programming above.   We are excitied to have such a great facility in The First Tee of Greater Kansas City family!
 
Volunteers Needed

The 2010 edition of The Watson Challenge is scheduled for June 12-14 at Kansas City Country Club.  Volunteers, both Adults and The First Tee participants are needed to help man the ticket booth, work as forecaddies and standard bearers as well as fulfill a myriad of volunteer positions.  Contat the chapter office of visit The Watson Challenge website
