Al Hoffman Scholarship
Scholarships

Participants in The First Tee of Greater Kansas City are never turned away for lack of funds or equipment.  In addition, we supply transportation for youth serving agencies across the Greater Kansas City Area so that their young people can learn the game of life while learning the game of a lifetime!  Please contact Pat Zuk at 913.648.7177 for a confidential conversation.

Participants from The First Tee of Greater Kansas City receive help in defraying the cost of a college education by earning designation as a National The First Tee Scholar by applying during the fall of their senior year in high school.  Visit www.thefirsttee.org for more information.


 The First Tee of Greater Kansas City offers college scholarships through the Al Hoffman Scholarships.  Applications are due by March 31st of the student's senior year.

In furtherance of its mission to impact the lives of young people, The First Tee developed a Scholars Program offering participants the opportunity to receive recognition for exceptional achievement in the following areas:

  • Leadership Skills
  • Character Development
  • Chapter & Community Involvement
PACE Resource Center

The First Tee PACE (Providing Assistance for Careers and Education) Resource Center was created to equip eligible participants (ages 13-18) and their parents with information and resources to learn more about applying for college, college scholarships, and career exploration.
