Registration Knowledge
1.Check out the information for the programming site of your choice.
2. Download the registration form for your preferred site.
3. Please Note: All sites (except Sunflower) require you to complete a separate Participant Permission Form!
4. Complete the appropriate form(s). One set for each child, do not put more than one child per form.
5. Return the completed forms as instructed on the form.
6. NEW THIS YEAR! - You must supply an email address to receive confirmation of your registration(s)!

Please download and complete the HOA2010SS form below and use it. If you have already submitted your registration, please contact us (913.648.7177) and we will go over the correct schedule.
